Robinsons Land raises Php 15 billion from its first tranche of fixed rate bonds.

The Gokongwei Group's real estate development division, Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC), made a historic return to the local debt capital markets on August 26, 2022, when it listed its Php15 billion fixed-rate bonds at the Philippine Dealing and Exchange Corp. (PDEx).

The transaction received bids totaling Php120 billion, or 12 times the base offer, which led the company to use its Php5 billion oversubscription option.

The first tranche of RLC's Php30 billion, three-year debt securities program, which was registered on the shelf with the Securities and Exchange Commission, is represented by these bonds (SEC).
